ATCO Pneumatics was founded in 2013 when Atlas Copco agreed to award ATCO Pneumatics the distribution for Atlas Copco and Dynapac products in the Northern Natal /Zululand area.

In June 2020, ATCO changed from a CC to a (PTY) LTD
Level 2 B-BBEE status
